The Inferno is the official student club of Duke Athletics and the Iron Dukes. Its mission is to increase an already heightened school spirit among Duke students, excitement and attendance at all sporting events, and student awareness of the critical mission of the Iron Dukes program.
This club will allow you to not only stay connected with Duke Athletics while as a student, but also after you graduate. How? As a member of The Inferno, you will begin building Iron Dukes priority now for ticket eligibility and other benefits after you graduate.
For only $40 annually, members of The Inferno receive the following benefits:
An official club T-shirt
Exclusive invitations to tailgates, parties, and cookouts sponsored by Duke Athletics and the Iron Dukes
Special club giveaways
Accelerated Iron Dukes priority points for after graduation (see below)
A monthly email newsletter...make sure we have your email address!
When you maintain an active Iron Dukes membership after graduation, priority will determine how benefits will be allocated; such as seating for basketball and football games, game day parking, tournament and bowl game ticket allocations, etc. Iron Dukes priority will increase as you obtain more points by meeting the following criteria:
2 points per consecutive year of contributing to Iron Dukes
1 point per $100 cumulative contribution to Iron Dukes
As a member of The Inferno, you will receive priority points at an accelerated rate to be applied to your Iron Dukes membership after you graduate. Not only will you be credited with two (2) points per consecutive year of membership, but also one (1) point for paying your $40 club dues each year. That’s a discount of $60 per year!

NOTE: If you are a senior, you can still receive all of your Iron Dukes priority points upon graduation. All you have to do is increase your membership dues by the number of years you need to make up. When you are directed to the FLEX payment page, select the correct amount. Iron Dukes
The primary mission of the Iron Dukes is to raise the funds necessary to pay for student-athlete scholarships at Duke. Our ultimate goal is to fund the total allotment of student-athlete scholarships allowed by the NCAA.
