The goal of the Iron Dukes Men's Basketball Ticket Exchange is to place Duke fans in seats that might otherwise go unused when season ticket holders are unable to make it to every game. The policy for ticket donors and requestors for the 2009-10 Duke Men's Basketball Season is as follows:
Ticket Donors
Seat donations can be made for any game by sending the tickets to the Iron Dukes office and by calling the automated Ticket Exchange line at 919-385-TIXS (8497). Please notify the Iron Dukes office of the availability of the seat(s) at least 48 hours prior to tip-off.
For each seat donated to the Ticket Exchange, charitable gift credit will be given to the donor. Note: Gift credit will be given at the conclusion of the basketball season in the amount of face value and will be added to a member's cumulative giving record. Original tickets MUST be returned for a donor to receive gift credit.
Ticket(s) will not be accepted in exchange for different seats or for different games. Repeat donors to the Ticket Exchange will be given every consideration when requesting tickets.
Ticket Requests
You must be an active Iron Dukes member in order to make a request through the Ticket Exchange. If you are not an active member, you can join or renew your membership by clicking here.
Reqests for tickets through the Ticket Exchange can be made online by clicking here.
Requests for tickets can also be made by calling the automated Iron Dukes Ticket Exchange line at 919-385-TIXS (8497). Please provide the requestor's member number, name, address, home and business phone numbers, and the basis for the request. Please note that a requestor is often notified of ticket availability the day of the game. You will be contacted ONLY if tickets become available.
Each seat made available through the Ticket Exchange may be purchased for face value of the ticket. The funds generated through the Iron Dukes Ticket Exchange will help to defray scholarship costs for our student-athletes.
The assignment of tickets is based on donor priority.
Those who obtain seats through the Ticket Exchange may pick up their tickets at the "Will Call" window outside the main entrance of Cameron starting an hour and a half prior to tip-off. Tickets must be used in the manner indicated in the request. Any other use will result in removing the requestor's name from future request lists.
Lost/Duplicate Tickets
Lost or duplicated tickets will be charged a $20.00/transaction fee for processing.
